★ Returns and Refunds :

We know, sometimes our kids get duplicates on their birthday. You always have the right to cancel and return your order within 8 days, counting from when you received the parcel.

For us to approve a canceled purchase, your item must be returned intact and in its original packaging. However, this doesn’t apply to furniture that needs assembly at your chosen place. In that case, once you accept the delivery of the furniture to our team, you cannot return it later for convenience.
Start by contacting our customers service by email; contact@lespetitsgrands.net and inform them about what you would like to return and what order number you have. They will then evaluate your request and email you the process to follow.
To make a return, the product needs to be whole and in its original packaging. Therefore, also make sure to pack it well before sending it back. A tip is to use the same packaging you got it in.

All of our furniture products come with a 2-years comprehensive warranty with new replacement to protect against manufacturing defects and ensure long-term durability and performance. • Gentle Cleaning Solutions: Use a mild soap and water solution to clean any spills or stains on your furniture. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the lacquer finish. Simply dampen a soft cloth with the soap and water solution and gently wipe the affected area, then dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth.

• Avoid Excessive Moisture: Limit exposure to excessive moisture, as this can cause the lacquer finish to bubble or peel. Use coasters or mats under drinks and plant pots to protect the surface of the furniture from water damage.

• Protect from Sunlight: Position your lacquer-painted furniture away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause the paint to fade or discolor over time. Use curtains or blinds to filter sunlight and protect your furniture from UV damage.

• Prevent Scratches: Avoid dragging heavy objects across lacquer-painted surfaces, as this can cause scratches or gouges in the paint.
